| The Student Association of Latino-Spanish Affairs, S.A.L.S.A., the first Hispanic based club at ECU, was founded in the fall of 2000 . The purpose of our organization is to promote Hispanic awareness throughout campus and the surrounding community. S.A.L.S.A. proudly represents a variety of different cultures and different backgrounds. We encourage unity between all ethnicities, especially Hispanics. Here at ECU we recognize both the need for unity among Hispanic students and a strong relationship among our community. |
